At LDAC, we make registration simple! You have 3 ways to register

Option 1: Call to schedule a class at 798-3170 M-Fri 9am-6pm. (Sat- Sun scheduling is done over email.)

Option 2: If it is easier for you to get information via email. Please email us for more information. Someone will be in contact with you shortly to answer any questions you might have or to schedule you into a class. Option 3#: We'd love to help you schedule your swimming classes in person. If you would like to take a tour and see a class going on please feel free to stop by. Call ahead to check before arriving.

Withdraw

All students are on perpetual enrollment session to session unless we receive 30 day advanced notice before the next session starts that you wish to withdraw from the next session. 

When notice is given for the next session, your account will be taken off perpetual enrollment and not charged for the next session. 

If notice is not given, student will roll over to the next session at the same time and day. 

If you wish to give notice please notify the billing department by email for the form below. Make sure it is before the deadline.

POLICIES
Please read over before enrolling online

Teacher Requests: While we will take all teacher requests into consideration, we cannot guarantee them due to circumstances beyond our control. We also reserve the right to change teachers shift at any time without notice due to business considerations or teachers personal schedules. Our goal is to provide the best possible swimming experience for all of our student. Please know that all of our teachers go through annual training and quarterly meetings to stay up to date on the progress of each shift/class. All teacher are teaching the Little Dipper method. We also try to rotate the teachers around at least once per session so that our students have a chance to meet the staff.

Swim Diapers: All students under the age of 3 MUST wear re usable swim diapers. Disposable swim diapers are not all permitted at any time in our pool. We do have the right to refuse entry to class if re usable swim diapers are not used. 

Class Enrollment and drop policy: Once enrolled, in the class that best matches your request, it is your spot until we receive a 30 day written notice of intent to withdraw before the start of the next session. If 30 day drop notice is not submitted in that time frame listed on the session schedule we have the right to charge for the following session.
If you need to make a change, simply e-mail us the request to transfer to the office. The office staff will contact you once they find a class that better suits your child’s schedule or needs. If no notice is given to drop or transfer you will automatically stay in your current spot. Swimmers can enroll at anytime, if swimmer enrolls mid session the pro rated amount will be added to the next set tuition date. If a swimmer enrolls after the sessions set charge date the first session will be added to the next set session charge date.

Makeup Policy: We do not offer refunds, credits, or make-ups for missed classes. We will have a qualified instructor and warm water waiting for your child each week. If your child is unable to attend their regular scheduled class, we look forward to seeing your child at the next scheduled lesson. Consistency is one of the keys to our program. We ask that you do your best to regularly bring your child to swim lessons.
If we cancel a class for any reasons without giving 24 hour notice which are within our control, we will apply a credit to your account or you can schedule another class so you don't loose time in the water. If we have given ample notice of a canceled we will schedule a makeup day for the missed class. We have a parent based makeup system that is monitored by the staff. If you are to miss class please sign out giving others a chance to attend your spot for a makeup. Student MUST be currently enrolled to attend the parent based makeup system no exceptions.

Transfer requestAs long as we have availability in the appropriate level, we are happy to transfer your child to a class at a different day and/or time. We cannot guarantee a transfer but we will have you on stand by for the next available spot that fits your request.

Class Schedule: Because our schedule of classes is constantly evolving with our students, we unfortunately do not have a set schedule of classes that we can post or send to you. If we did try to send something, it would be different by the time you were enrolled into the session. Our goal is to allow for our student to progress in the time slot that they have requested so that their routine remains consistent and gain trust with their swim partner and teacher.

TuitionWe have set sessions scheduled for the current year. Session dates are posted around the center as well as our web site. It is very important to keep a schedule so that you are up to date of weeks we are closed, tuition dates and deadlines. If we do enroll you in the midst of a session, your tuition will be pro rated based on the remaining classes of the session. Swimmers that enroll mid session will have pro rated tuition added to the next session charge date. If a swimmer enrolls in a session after the session charge date then the tuition will be charged with the next sessions charge date. $25 family enrollment fee is added with the first payment.

ALL STUDENTS MUST BE ON PERPETUAL SESSION TO SESSION AUTO SYSTEM IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE TIMES/DAY OR WISH TO DROP FROM CLASS 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE IS NEEDED BY THE DEADLINE DATE LISTED ON THE SESSION CALENDAR. WE DO NOT HOLD SPOTS FOR VACATIONS, IF YOU PLAN TO MISS MANY CLASSES IT MAY BE BEST TO CANCEL AND RE ENROLL AT A LATER DATE OR YOU CAN USE THE PARENT BASED MAKEUP SYSTEM.

Once your swimmer is placed into a class please print out the enrollment packet below by clicking on the orange box. Fill out the packet and bring to your first lesson. Please keep the policy portion for your records.
